My son quit baseball because of the cup.   He couldn't run with it there and it rub the heck out of his legs.  Was a great hitter but baseball lost him forever, all because of the cup.  When I was a kid we didn't use them...  at least I didn't.

I just bought my son his first cup for Tae Kwon Do. I guess I should go back to the store and buy my own first cup for tennis! With my luck though the ball would probably bounce off the cup and hit me in the eye!
