Well you don't have to worry about that issue with me. If I know ahead of time what level you are then that is what I am expecting. I hate when people say they are some high level and then ya go there expecting a big match and they're not even close to the level they said. I think they do it cause higher level players won't hit with them. I feel if nobody is willing to help lower level players how are they supposed to get better if they can't afford private lessons. I've hit with 3.0 and 3.5 women and I hit with two juniors every week. These juniors are extremely good though, one is 10 and the other is 15. I love to help pweople with their games. In the summer I work full time as well as mow lawns with my son and play almost every day if I can fit it in. We'll definitely hook up and can drill or play bash ball whatever ya wanna do. Look forward to it. Have a nice Hioliday
No, you are the first to report a loss of data. actually, that "maintenance" down time that occurs hasn't deleted anything in the past (that I know of). So hopefully it wont happen again. Can you reupload the photo of your son?

Apparently Jonjie and I won't be playing together -- Peter said Jonjie can't make it, and I'll probably be playing with Peter. Maybe Jonjie didn't want to play with me? :-) Nah, couldn't be that!!!
Hey, Jazz, thanks...as Bill said, we came up a little short, and we spent the drive back from there discussing what we could have done differently and how to change things up. It was great to have him to drive there and back with -- makes the drive go a LOT faster. :-) He was right -- they were beatable, so it's disappointing. Well, we got our money's worth -- we were out there almost 2 hours. :-)
well, jill and i gave 'em a good match but came up a little short.....6-2,7-6(5). they were beatable. we really played a good 2nd set and i stepped up my net play in the 2nd set to put a little pressure on. unfortunately..... i had too many errors in the tie breaker including a double fault and lost the tie breaker :(
good new though....i'm retaining my amateur status for the time being
Jazz,
Thanks for making me fill your spot monday, had fun and played really well, the guys were good. I hope they ad fun with me. I will play much better next week with Karen. Some tuesdays i could play let me know. 9 box for 2 hours at mcfetridge is perfect, very cheap. Let me know if you need subs for mondays too. Thanks man. Happy thanksgiving.
...and keep in mind that this is kind of developmental season for us -- we're trying to figure out partnerships and get experience playing at this level together...and once we get it figured out, we're going to kick butt! :-)
I'm kind of bummed, actually. :-) I think you and generally do really well together...altho I think you'll like Karen. She's got a lot of energy and she's probably the best female player on our team! She's also a great person...
I suspect you two will do better than Kevin and me, but you never know... :-)
Hey, Jazz -- yes, I think we can thank Karen's kids for that. She had a soccer game or something like that. :-) Now, we just need to have fun AND kick butt. First chance to think about some of Nancy's comments in an actual match...
Yo Jazz, you haven't heard that one before?
It may be dead and gone, but when I was a kid, we used it a lot. That dude is a whaler. He has no control, he just whales on every shot. (just enourmous swings without much control - it's derogatory).
