"It's amazing what you can accomplish, when no one is worried about who gets the credit"  Woodrow Wilson.

Truly most of our best experiences come as part of a team.   When you do something alone in isolation, and want to share that with others, they many times find it hard to care.  However, when you and your teammate work together and could not have done it alone, each one covering the others weakness, then there a true excitement of WE did it.

Every enterprise I take on, whether its forming a staff, coaching a team, teaching a group class, I work to create a form of unity among all participants.  I am very excited to have hired perhaps the best ever fit within any of my organizations.   Issa Cohen and I have a great way of working out our working relationship, and developing a cohesive plan that is always directed to our Mission, Objectives and Goals.   When all eyes are on the Mission, then they come off of ourselves, and we actually can express ourselves in freedom much more easily.   Does that make sense?

Thanks, I sure could use it. There are alot of reasons why it won't work, but I am going to try, try, try.

Tim, good luck, nothing like a good partnership.   Two can do more than twice the work of one.  "Two fighting back to back and turn away a crowd, and a three cord strand is not easily broken"  King Solomon

I'm looking at a possible partnership with a former Thai tournament player to start a USTA 10 and under program and tennis shop in San Bernardino. I think we see alot of things similarly.

Ever played your best singles match with no one watching? Ever hit a hole in one?
