Need some good training tips..
Hi Everybody - Just found this website last week and love how many people it reaches and the great feedback I have recieved already. Thanks Opolis!!! I am getting back into the game after a long siesta. I have enjoyed other sports, but tennis is so dynamic and widespread, it brings me back to the court. Now the hard part is getting back to my skill level in the shortest amount of time. I have started running and hitting a little, just want some good tips on getting back into "tennis shape". ... anything helps. Thanks!!! Saralee

I will check out this issue of Tennis Mag. I have started doing some interval training in the mornings, and that definatey gets everything going. My roommate's border collie is loving it too. I just trying to get a good, solid start so I can last on the court. I underestimated the weather, it's 80 today and 90 tomorrow. Stay cool. Thanks for the tip. Cheers!

The latest edition of Tennis magazine has quite a bit on Fitness. That might be a great place to start. Cardio is very important though. One has to last long while out on the court. Keep up their level of play.
