"ain't nothin' to it but to do it Myiesha"  --- I look forward to telling people, "I remember when Myiesha

posted this awesome card on Tennisopolis saying that she was gonna be at the US Open! (and I don't mean watching the matches from the stands)."

when you bring it .... "party people in the house will sing it."

... Remember: "The oxen are slow, but the earth is patient."  --- from the film High Road to China (1983)

Possess tunnel vision regarding the achievement of your goal. Do not worry what other people say or do. Be consumed and obsessed with your goal!! Focus on where you are, where you are going and what you need to do to get there. Every minute of every day

Continuous uniterrupted DEDICATION to become #1 (with every single activity in your day from eating to resting) 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. It is the mentality of thinking and acting as if you already are #1, on and off the court. Have a clear mind and objective for each thing you do before you do it.

Wow - sounds like some tough workouts.  It will all be worth it though as you get better and better!

So you trained at Rafael Font de Mora's academy? And he told you you could be the top 20 junior in the world? All sounds very, very exciting. And promising!  P90X training really gets results. It looks painful to do, but the results...
