I was at the 2003 U.S. Open (the only Slam Roddick won) and was shopping in the Fila store, for which my ex-girlfriend's father was employed in corporate sales. He had arranged for a gift certificate or a spending amount in some fashion as it was around the time of her birthday. 

I noticed a retired female pro from years ago and the retail staff trying to do their best to handle all the potential customer requests and transactions, but weren't doing so well at either. Rosie was at the check-out counter and at least three employees had no clue as to who she was. I get it. They we're all 25 years old or younger.

It's not as if she was asking for celebrity treatment, but she had a boat-load of items she wanted to purchase.

She did get somewhat ticked-off, but not irate with the staff.
