No problem Sharan! You're welcome. All of the courts that I've used in Lafayette and West Lafayette were open to the public, so no booking/reservation needed. Sometimes tennis instructors reserve courts for classes though, so you might see if there is a schedule posted near the court that shows reserved dates/times. Public courts are mostly just "first come, first served."

There are some public courts I've played, but many of them aren't well-maintained. There are a couple of [bad] courts at Happy Hollow Elementary School, off of Salisbury St. I also played the Armstrong Park courts often, but that's on the East Side. Depending on whether the drive's convenient, they're decent courts. I moved to Indianapolis last year and forgot this group was still active, so I guess I need to delete it soon!
