Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: I have been known to play non-stop until I literally toss my cookies (apparently, 3 hours of non-stop play is a bit much). :)

Favorite pro tennis player(s):: * Roger Federer (one of the most graceful & talented players I've ever seen)
* Rafael Nadal (love his passion and the fact that he's an amazing left handed player, even though he's actually right handed....he was trained left handed as a child, for the advantage. Did you know that??)
* Amelie Mauresmo (retired) (She was an incredible player and very humble)
* Kim Clijsters (cuz she plays like a Mother!)

My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):: Not bad, NTRP 3.5, NTRP 4.0

On the court, I am a:: rightie, singles player, returner, two-hander, one-hander, choker, top-spinner, grunter, baseliner, gracious winner, gracious loser, tournament goer

My favorite local courts:: Redondo Union, Alta Vista...and any other public park in the South Bay area. :)

I can see you're not a casual tennis fan, given the Nadal tidbits. Yes, Roger is now among the most gracious athletes, so tough to believe he used to be somewhat of a hothead on the court in his youth, eh?
Nursing a wrist injury, but once I get over it, I'm hoping to play more. If our schedules match, by all means, let's go smack a few balls. I'm in RPV, so not too far. Take care.
