If you sign up for OneClick, you should rate yourseld a 3.5, they will take off .25 points to begin with. That way you can get some good matches. I have problems finding good matches since I started so low, its taken me a long time to dig out of the 2.5 rating. Won this morning though. Almost at 3.0 now!
