Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):: Just moved to Portland from San Francisco..trying to find some partners to get something regular going with my game.

Favorite pro tennis player(s):: I love to watch Federer and Nadal play.. I also like Andy Murray. Kim Cijsters used to be my favorite woman player before she retired. I used to be called "Kim" on the court because I look like her. I even got mistaken for her at the Bank of the West tournament! Now I like Mauresmo and always enjoy watching the Williams sisters.

Welcome to Tennisopolis! I created this tennis community so that people could meet to talk about the pros or create a local group to find hitting partners. We launched just two weeks ago. So I guess that makes you a charter member. :-)

Look through the Groups to see if there is already a group forming in your area. If there's not, don't hesitate to start your own Portland one. Tennisopolis is growing by 50-60 member per day, so it’ll fill up soon enough. (There's so many Portland folks here I'm suprised no one has started the group.) :-)

There's a lot of fun to be had on Tennisopolis. A good place to start is by customizing your page and adding a picture.
