Awesome! When I read gourmet you blew my mind. I am so happy to read you can cook lol not that most people don't but a few friends refuse to learn and hesitate to fall in love with the art of cuisine.
I appreciate the advice on the breakfast. I did not find the cereal yesterday but I'll keep searching for it. Meanwhile, I've had blueberry smoothies with soy milk, toast (dehydrated almost), orange juice mid morning and I'm feeling pumped lol
I tend to get creative in the kitchen, because I love to... because I have to. Being vegetarian is fun when you can approach food as an art, rather than just a need. It's interesting to learn about different ingredients and the best way to test it all is... well...cooking. So I try to cook different things every time just to keep myself motivated.
I've met a group of people that are up for outdoor activities. I'll forward you some emails from them. We might start meeting sometime this weekend. They have various activities, hope something catches your eye.
Wow! I must say those activities sound fun, extreme and very inspiring. I'd love to learn how to ski and stuff. Yeah around here you can do a few outdoor activities but you need to travel a bit off the city to do so. Suburban areas are not all that friendly to such activities.
I've found Oklahoma to be the nearest area.
How has your day been so far?
I just came home and realized I did not have lunch so I'm about to cook something. Do you like cooking?
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the site...i use Mozilla Firefox and have no clue why IE is giving issues. I'd reboot and try Mozilla if I were you.
I went to a couple of cabins my friends have built, and i'm planning to purchase a couple of acres of land there, it's called Kiamichi Mountains and it's about 3 hours away. Beautiful place!
I also have been to state parks in OK and have found one, Beavers Bend, that has a pure water river and the scenery is also perfect. I love outdoor activities, what did you do in the Rockies?
I appreciate your advice on rackets, I'll send you an email shortly in case you still have trouble with the page. I have to go out for a little while.
Happy Monday indeed!
I need a new racket, maybe we can meet sometime to find the best one. Around here I have a few choices, Target, Target, Target lol and I've had old ones for a while but I'm sure none are the perfect grip. Hope you can help.
I'm off today but have a knee brace because I went camping this weekend and of course I was extreme at cutting up firewood and did not feel a thing. I woke up with a sore left knee and stretched a bit but it doesn't help. I put the brace to keep it warm and "in place"...
Other than that I have no plans in the evenings.
Let me know how your interview goes, best wishes.
Digital for now, until I get to repair a spring that broke on my Minolta.
yay!
thanks for the reply on the discussion, great suggestion!
Hey Eric, how was your weekend?
I went camping to Oklahoma and had a blast but could sure use some tennis. The weather is getting better, slightly, let me know how your schedule looks for next week or so.
Awww she's lovely. Well my dog lives at my parents' house in Dallas. I get to see him often so it's not so bad. Besides I love the fact that he has a huge backyard to run and play.
After a few clicks I found this in your city :)

Let me know your ideas.
Have a great night and stay off the sleet and ice. It's officially winter in North Texas.
No need to be lost. I hope the weather gets better soon so this community can actually meet and hang out for some serious game. My schedule is not very flexible during weekdays and I'm sure that's the case for a lot of us in Corporate America. This is a great place to meet people with common interests I think.
Do you have flexible weekends? I'll search for tennis courts around your area, or near mine, and I'll inform you as soon as possible.
