Hi! It's great to have you here! This is our *new* generic welcome message that fortunately,is required due to the enormous growth. We're growing by 100 new members a day, and I just couldn't keep up. But that's a good thing. ;-)
You just joined a super fun and infectious "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you. You have the power here.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.… and just hang out and meet great people.
Hi Steve, I live over NE and can meet anywhere close after work. The courts I know of downtown are at the Rose Gardens and PSU. It's been awhile since I have played and would like to get some practice in. I'll give you a call tomorrow.

Hi Ben, What part of town do you live in? I live in the SE, but would be willing to meet you downtown (or elsewhere) after work. I don't know where courts are located downtown, so some research is required. Just to make sure your expectations are realistic: based on your photo it appears that you will have youth, size and strength (not to mention skill) on your side. Having said that, I have the time and would love to give it a go. The weather looks to be an issue the next couple of days, but if the courts are dry I can be there. My phone # is 503-686-4680.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, search through the Groups, look at our Local Groups Map or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Here’s a primer on how to meet other players.
