Yeah, looks like 'D'. That's what I thought at first. But it's supposed to be 'J' and 'W' joined together, then the top of right of the 'W' curls up to a 'T'. lol

I noticed that Nole has his own insignia too - everyone is jumping on the RF bus. 

But I must say, what is that D doing in this logo?
