Adult 6.0 – 9.0 Doubles Tournament & Fundraiser
February 5 – 7, 2010

Tournament Information
1. Round Robin tournament, three day tournament.
2. At least 2 matches per day.
3. Gift bags handed out upon check in.
4. Pre-entry tournament, payment allowed the day of tournament (cash only)
5. Tournament entry fee: $$50.00 per team, $20.00 of each team will go to the Rally for the Cure.
6. No Refunds after the draws have been made.
7. Inclement weather then tournament will be rescheduled.
8. Draws will be limited to 16 teams per bracket.
9. Entry deadline January 31, 2010 5pm
10. USTA Rules strictly followed (Friends of the Court).

Events at the Tournament
1. Round Robin Tournament (6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 categories) Men draw, Women draw, Mixed Doubles draw.
2. Tennis Carnival with prizes for winners.
3. Refreshments.
4. Sponsor tables.

Tournament Schedule of Events
1. Day 1 – Round 1 (Check-in at 6:30pm, 1st match starts at 7:00pm)
6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 matches.
2. Day 2 – Round 2 Check-in at 8:30am, 1st match starts at 9:00am)
6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 matches. Mixed Doubles matches.
3. Day 3 – Round 3 (Final Round. Check-in at 8:30am, 1st match starts at 9:00am)
6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 matches. Mixed Doubles final matches.
Tennis Carnival (starts at 12:00pm)
Winner’s prizes awarded. (Immediately after last match)
