Jeff- You available to play mixed doubles tonight? We have a huge group (over 50) playing at Dekalb Tennis Center in Decatur and just came up short a guy. Its a mixed doubles Round Robin so you will rotate through several different partners. Lots of high level players- many 4.0-5.0 guys and girls. If you are interested in meeting more tennis players in town I'd highly recommend it. The cost is $20 which includes beer, snacks, balls, court fees, etc.
IF you want more information or would like to sign up you can go to www.dekalbtennis.com
Jeff, are you still looking for people to play with?
Do let me know
Sure am. What is your rating? When can you play?
I ll rate myself as a 5.0-5.5 to hit around with since I played collegiate competitive tennis in Asia. I am picking up after a while so it will be a 4.5 if we are playing a match. I am free anytime after 6 30 pm everyday.
would you be willing to meet somewhere closer to decatur. I work in midtown but leave work around 345-4. So id rather not drive back to midtown. Im also available any day with a little bit of notice. So if we can pick a court, that works for both of us, we can set a match up soon if you want.
yeah sure that works for me...I get done by 6 30, so it wll probably be 7 30 by the time I get to decatur....hope that works...dont the courts on church street have lights? And how about this coming Monday...
Im not familiar with those courts. I just moved here. Are they in a park? That sounds good though. If you can let me know where they are, we can shoot for 7:45 Monday
those are courts at decatur....i dont know them myself, i just googled tennis courts at decatur. I ll call them and reserve a court and send you directions
hey nikhilesh... do you play around buckhead/midtown?
Can you message him directly. I'm getting email notifications when you post to this thread.
Are you available for a hitting session in the coming weeks? I live near Emory/VaHi area. I haven't really been here that long myself, and I don't know where available courts are. Hit me up
