If you're still looking for someone to rally with I'd love to hit w/ya.  The wife & I just moved to the area & I don't have any tennis connections & I'm looking to get back into the sport.  I live in Lawndale & work in El Segundo... so yeah, hit me up I'm down to hit when ever, evenings are best for me, but I'm flexible.
