Kapiolani Park 24 hour no more?

Went to Kapiolani Park's tennis courts tonight, but as soon as I got on, which was 10pm, the bell (for the lights) started ringing.

Since the court is a 24 hour court (or used to be), we could usually reset the timer... but not tonight! At 10:05 PM, the lights went completely out at all courts.

Does any one know if the tennis courts at Kapiolani Park aren't 24 hours anymore? There's no notice anywhere so I want to think that today's just an exception.. I went there on Christmas and I played well past 11pm.
