starting a 8-years old
Hi All,
I am looking to introduce my 8-years old daughter to tennis. Would
prefer a small group, or a reasonably priced pro to start with. My
biggest hang-up is that all kid's classes usually start @3-4pm which is
not acceptable due to my work schedule. Does anyone have some tips on
where I can look for something/somebody with higher flexibility?
We live in Melrose district, within easy reach of Poinsettia or Plummer
park.

Ilya,
I charge $25/hr, which I believe is reasonable to working families. I don't believe in charging $45/hr. I can teach at different hours of the day, if you let me know in advance. The only thing is I am in the L.A. area around 2-3 times a week. I have played at Poinsettia and Plummer park before. ---Tim -

Tim, what would be the schedule if it is indeed in Holywood?

I could make it something like Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday mornings around 10am-12pm. Two or three days a week, two hour blocks would be worthwhile, so she has continuity, time to absorb the lesson. Sorry, it took awhile to reply, since I have a virus on my computer. ---Tim
