Wimbledon 2013 BOTB (Replacement) Bracket Competition is on!
Hey everyone,
You like brackets? Do you normally participate in Fantasy Tennis competitions? Have you ever taken on the ATP Draw Challenge? If you answered yes to any of the above, keep reading!
So, as some of you may know, BOTB (Battle of the Boards) is not running until further notice. But, not to worry! I'm running a replacement BOTB competition in its absence. The rules are the same with a few minor differences, a few extras and a few things missing (for now).
Tennisopolis has had a lot of participants in the past but not so much lately and with BOTB competitions and notices for them being less frequent of late, that's a bit understandable but I hope the numbers will increase again!
The entry form is available at T3nnisStats! You have until Monday before play starts to make your picks. ;)
I hope you'll participate! The more the merrier!

Just under 22 hours left before the entries close!
So far there have been 2 entries. If there's at least 3 more, we'll be in the TEAM COMPS! TN once won 1 of the comps I think... So, I know Tennisopolis can do it!

Are you going to do ALL RAKINGS "SORTED BY TEAM"? - I always found that one real helpful to see how I was doing against my opolis friends.

Yes, sir! It's almost all there now. Just the KNOCKOUT formats missing mostly.
Sorry for the delay. Been busy trying to keep up with the crazy results.
TENNISOPOLIS could be doing better to be honest but at least old BOTBer Bill Baker is doing well in 56th place! Andrew is in 35th leading the way for TO! Let's hope we can climb up the ranks a bit in the coming rounds, which are the ones that really count!!!

Yes, 1pt for R1, 2pts for R2 ... 6 for Semis and 7 for picking the right winner! The points awarded for the year-long ranking is a bit different however.

Looks like we'll be coming in SECOND in the TEAM KO (knockout) competition! Not too shabby ;) BT will win that one too (they already have 'won' the teams league)

We need to give a shout out to Bill B for having the highest score of any Tennisopolite! He finished in 7th overall out of 155. And I should mention that our member T3nnis Fan, who runs the competition, finished second on our team.
