Hi,

I developed knee pain on the inside knee joint area.  I don't think my shoes are helping.  Any shoes recommendation for reducing knee pains?

Thanks!

Try wilson pro rush.... its a true fit to size. Mid level insole arch support and true mid with for toes.... if u have been using nikes or adidas those are narrow fit. And may cause feet and knee pain.... u can also stretch and warm up more.

Thanks, CoachV.  I'll check it out.

Al my last recommendation is be aware of how you run while playing tennis. if you are running heel toe and you have worn out your heel you that when i get the inner knee pain as well. and when that happens I change out my shoe. BUt also know that the wilson rush pro have 6 months guarantee

Here is how I eliminated knee pain and knee braces helped however not a cure.

1. Shoes do help. My highest recommendation is the yonex power cushion. Great support and cushion.

2. Goji berries are nutritionally very rich and have anti inflammatory properties. I swear by them truly amazing.

3. Exercises- leg dips and squats are great. And working your legs on a extended leg stationary bike is fantastic and does wonders for your knee. Oh, remember to stretch before and after playing.

I have no knee pain anymore

does Yonex Stretch Fast?

Yeah, break in is quick! Genuinely comfortable and stable shoe. Very good longevity too.
