ping pong as it relates to tennis
I won the table tennis tournament on my cruise. My coach said good tennis players can play pingppong? Do you agree?

yah i agree. ball anticipation and hand eye coordination skills already there. IMO table tennis is more open stance and wrist though, involving your shoulders like in lawn tennis would send the ball sailing long..

I only hit forhands but I move my feet and that is normally enough
