NTRP to break up Adult leagues

I believe that there was a bunch of complaining after captains starting bringing in kids just out of high school to play NTRP in an effort to get to nationals. I remember when I first started playing USTA league in 2K7 I was considered super young at 32!

So 40 year olds don't have to compete with 18 year olds. Well, that makes sense.
