Nadal says he has "coordination complex" on his serve. Do you ever feel that way on your serve?

Nadal added that he began to encounter problems with his serve after the start of the year, has a "coordination complex," and in order to do better in 2012, that he must serve harder and more accurately. He also said that his reflexes slowed in 2011 and he must return to normal.

I used to always start my serve motion with my chest pointed to the side fence. Of course, this affected my toss sometimes. Now, I am more open to start with my chest more open to the side post. My toss is more forwards now.

I also would point my racquet tip at an angle, rather than let it relax to the ground at the bottom. I had the fear I would not be able to get to trophy position on time. Now, I get more racquet head speed on my topsin or kick serves.

Those were my "coordination complexes" in a nutshell. What are your coordination complexes, if any?
