Watch the ball. Especially on the serve/overhead. Don't let your head drop when the swing comes through, leave it up there. You have more time than you think.

This picture is taken with an exposed camera lens. Everything is a blurr except his head has remained exactly still. Myiesha said keep your eye on the open court and that is just wrong. I tell alll my players to watch where the ball WAS not where it is going.

yes, you should know where the ball is going without peeking, if you watch your opponent your not watching da ball
even the pro's say things like "I was see'ing the ball well today"
I agree.  It's like having subliminal vision just by knowing where you are on the court.
steady head, eyes on the contact point longer... and if you can't see or imagine your shot hitting your target prior to contact then i guess it's a good idea to quit tennis and take up golf.  :-)
Great pic of Fed. He was the poster boy for this tip. I think Nole is doing a much better job of keeping his head still now. Especially the forehand side. Take a look at his earlier years.
Right, use your eyeballs not your head to follow it to the contact point
great advice.
Google any federer shot. I challenge you to find him not looking where the ball "was" untill his shot is almost to the net.

This translates sport to sport too. Babe ruth had his head down hitting homeruns. Pro golfers leave it down.

Take pictures of your serve. If your head is not watching the ball hit the strings fix it.
Helps keep your tossing arm up too. Its hard to collapse when your head is still up
