I just registered for mine. I am playing out of gold river in the 5.0 division. I am expecting tough competition from Rio del oro this year. Gold river has a second team and so does johnson ranch. 4 5.0 teams at the local level is pretty healthy numbers.

Has anyone registered for an ntrp team? Our first match is in two weeks!

All these members and not one usta league player? Men? Women? Mixed? Any division?

I am playing for Laney MX7.0, San Ramon Club Sport men's 4.0, and Laney men's 4.0 USTA league.  :)

The reason I can play for different teams is because Laney which is in Oakland is in the East Bay Division and San Ramon Club Sport is in the Diablo South division.

That sounds like a good mix of different people to play with.

Do you get as much practice from mixed doubles as I do?
Honestly, they are always hitting to the female.  So I find myself trying to cover everything and poaching a heck of a lot!  To be honest, I probably won't be playing mixed next year.  I'm gonna try to stick to singles.  I love doubles, but i get a much better workout in singles.
That whole cross/fake/stay if your lady hits the ball you lose the point is exactly what I am talking about. Great practice. Also, I noticed I was getting broken so I just warned my partner I was going to juice up my serve... problem solved
Come to think of it. I have a 9.0 match tomorrow. I guess the girl on the opposing team played at boise and is 27. She is a pretty good 4.5 lol
I'm playing doubled on my new 4.5 team today.  First match.  I think I'm playing number 3 dubs.  I'm hoping the wind is low because I've really been having a hard time serving when it is gusty.  pleeeassse mother nature!
That's awesome mark. 4.5 league tennis is no joke. Go get em!
I have a match for my 9.0.mixed team today
