I'll Be Reporting Live from BNP Paribas Open!
Hey everyone!
This year I will be reporting live from the BNP Paribas Open with far more updates on Tennisopolis, Twitter, and Facebook than in the past! This is our 5th year in a row to visit this amazing tournament in Indian Wells, CA. I finally got a smartphone this year and will take advantage of it to bring you the action from a fan's perspective on the grounds. Look for many photo uploads (some of which will be of behind the scenes and off-court excitement too) and tweets of any juicy news I hear around the grounds.
I'll be reporting live from Friday the 11th through Thursday the 17th.

I hear ya. I'd love to have a tennis buddy to kick around with on the grounds. My wife is into it too - quite a lot actually, but not as rabid a fan as me. I can go from breakfast 'til bed on tennis stuff only, 6 days in a row. She needs some breaks thrown in!

I hear ya, same with my wife. Matter of fact, when the Slams are on, she is tired of them by the beginning of week 2. And thats just when it is getting interesting. She will tune in for Semis and Finals, but it is not the same. There just isn't that investment made by that point. The funny thing is when I comment about something and then the commentators say the same thing 2 or 3 mins later it was because I had been watching and she is all of a sudden amazed and says I should be a commentator. Oh if it were only that easy. Have fun. I will be jealously sitting in front of my TV watching recaps and evening live matches.
