hmmm I wonder... If and only if they played on equal terms- strings, frames and all it should be a close contest. Pete's groundies are not as intimidating as DelPo and Robin's though. I cite the last match that Robin played against Ferrer in Bastad..

Laver is a smaller man. The small guys today do not make it to the top 10. The game is so much more based on power and speed. Laver had the latter, but I think he'd be blown off the court with the power today. He'd basically be a Leyton Hewitt. Uh oh, that last line might start a fight. :-)

Haha.. Not from me. I need to see Leyton's game when he was at his prime. Unfortunately, he was already way past it when I got into tennis. Maybe somebody like Richard Berankis will have a similar career trajectory?
