Tennisopolis : Tennis Social Network

I just finished watching the four free Bryan Brothers videos and I got to say that they have really inspired me to get out on the court and try some of this stuff.  They call it the "secret sauce"; basically getting to the net and putting pressure on your opponents.  One saying that they repeat is "hitting the easiest volley possible as often as possible."

I like the forward movement that they are constantly doing.  When they are at the net, they start a little farther back, like at the service line, and then instantly have forward body momentum to the net and diagonally to either "lane" - toward the poach lane or toward the alley.  I think that it was Bob that said they never just move straight forward and stop, must go one way or the other.  Has anyone else used this technique?

What info did you think was most interesting in the vids? If you missed them, here is the link:  http://tennisopolis.com/profiles/blogs/bryan-brothers-secrets-free-...
