Rios was a fascinating eccentric character in his time in tennis, the likes of which we will never see again in terms of rebel attitude and marvelous aesthetic talent. It's good to see a historically important player like Rios getting some recognition since he retired about a decade ago.

Tennisconnected recently ran a full chapter interview with Bollettieri about Rios, you can google that. The book is $12.99 or something inexpensive like that at amazon.
