First go at it and Nicole beat me. Some glitches seemed to happen on the serve. I'd serve it into the net and they'd give me an ace - BUT I STILL LOST! lol

I know what it was. Her pony tail threw you off.
As for the service calls, I believe Nicole has something going on with Darth Schwarzenegger and she had him give you a few for sheer humiliation.
It only gets worse from here. Try an inside-out to her backhand. She's pretty slow when she has to reach with that two-handed backhand.
