I dig this guy. He almost takes out Federer in 5 sets (oh so close) in the Austrailian Open back when Fed looked invincible as always. He is often seen practicing with his collection of tattoos in full view and here Tipsy shows us how to smoke a hookah.

Schopenhauer, I'm going to have to google that. Yes, the clear wrap-around glasses are an interesting choice.... are they perscription? I didn't know you could get a corrrective lens like that. If not, what do they do? Just add glare for fun?!? :-)
Maybe he's been hit in the eye or something?
