Santoro v. Isner 1st round. what a match up. if Santoro can get his serves back I think he will take him.
link to bottom of the men's draw. there are 4 sections, scroll up to the draw schematic to view all the sections.

In the bracket challenge I picked Santoro. We all know Isner has a great serve but he needs to improve off the ground. I expect Santoro to trip him up, maybe dropping a set to win in 4. The thing that sucks is whoever wins faces Federer the next round:-(
Also I think Gulbis vs Safin has the potiential to be an amazing first round match. As well as Tsonga vs Murray.
yeah I noticed the Tsonga / Murray match up. so who's coaching Murray these days? is Gilbert out of a job now?

not familiar w/ Gulbis but always enjoy watching the volatile Russian trying to conquer the personal demons in between points. as he puts it, Muslims are just hot-blooded. when he is on he's dangerous. didn't he win back in '01 or so?

any idea which matches are going to be televised on ESPN? didn't see a schedule just the start time of 7EST.
I'm not sure who is coaching Andy these days. He's working with fitness experts Matt Little and Jez Green but says he's in no hurry to find a new coach.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see which Marat shows up, I hope it's the one that's ready to do battle and gives the fans a good show. Hopefully all the training in the mountains pays off.

I think the matches start on ESPN at 4pm pacific/7pm eastern and they're starting with Serena, atleast that's what I've heard.
I think Marat won in '05. He beat Fed in the best match ever (semis) and Hewitt in the final.

There's a lot of talk of Gulbis but I haven't seen him yet.

Totally bummed Isner/Santoro winner will not get a clear draw to see how they do.
how long until we can choose which matches to watch......someone needs to start a Tennis Bar with live satellite feeds to all the tournaments, have half circle tables that allow you to choose which match to watch. come to think of it, Tennisopolis would be a cool name for such a place.

well guess I'll have to wait until August Flushing Meadows. hey at least you can watch the strongman competitions and poker everyday :p

all right going to see if I can get the bracket challenge set up....T-Shirt for the winner?
I wish it was possible to pick and choose the matches, especially given that I hardly ever get to see my fav players. Sometimes I check channelsurfing.com or check out sopcast and they sometimes have great matches.
never heard of those I'll check them out, thanks
I just heard the commentators mention that ESPN360.com shows continous coverage of 6 different courts. Has anyone subscribed to this service?
Are you serious? Hmm. I'll have to check this out and see how much it costs.

Edit, it doesn't cost anything apparently. A dear family member is torturing themselves with Serena while I'm watching Justine.
