Advise for the Tennis beginer(s)

I have just started to play tennis two months ago and really like this sport. I took some private lessons for beginner(s). Now, I really want to practice more regularly, but do not know how to find the partners.
Some of my friends have practiced tennis for couple years. So, they feel bored and annoyed if I ask them to play with me.
I think about joining some tennis club, but the fees are a little bit expensive, especially initiation fee.
Please give me some advice on which club(s) I should join in, how to improve my tennis skills, or if you are alreay a member of some tennis clubs, please refer me. I am living near galleria, memorial, and SW Houston.

I thikn you found the right place. Tennisopolis has lots of beginners in Houston. I suggest you join the Houston group and look through the members profiles in there. You can search "houston beginner". I suggest you start off with using public courts and play with several different players from Tennisopolis to get a feel for who you match up with well.
