Wow. That boy is tall! When they say "serving out of a tree" , I get it. by the way, does anyone know who coined that phrase?

The racquet looks so small.
I'm not sure where that phrase came from or WHY it caught on.

But isn't Isner just a younger version of Roddick? Big serve and forehand, but not much else in the arsenal.

Yes. I guess so. That's why his scores are always 6-7, 7-6,6-7.
You cant break him, but he cant break you.

Andy has a bit more groudn game, and, dare I say, a slightly more orthodox serve - making it easier?!?

I hope John doesn't turn out to be another Karlovic or Roddick. The serving is great, but get some variety in there! I like John, he seems like a good kid. I'm looking forward to seeing what he does at the AO. Maybe not much, but I'd like to see how he's goes about it.
