Hitting on weekday mornings or early afternoons

Hi.  I'm a 4.0 and would like to hit for an hour or so in/near East Meadow when the outdoor courts are finally dry and the temperatures break 50.  I'm most interested in staying in shape and improving stroke consistency through rallying.  I'm available on some weekdays between 9am and 2:30pm.
