tennis part 3
I took a video to see where I can inprove posture, hitting technique, and that kind of thing, let me know what improvments I can make, (disclaimer...I just started)

Here's my pointers.
Get your feet SET. and stay put through the ball.
On the BH, decide if you are a one or two handed backhand player.
and come over the top of the ball. staRt the stroke low and follow through up high, creating top spin.
good luck and have fun - it looks like you have the makings of a good game there.

This is great that you did this. I bet you can get some of the teaching pros in here to comment on your strokes. Click on Member tab at top and click Pros from the drop down and point some of them to these vids. Try BigMike - he'll be up for it, and Hofer too.
