soon i have my next visit on the 3rd of nov he might clear me then i hope so becuase i wanna know how i wil play pain free

Wow, it's been a minute!  I haven't been on this site for a few months now.  I've been out of the "loop", I guess.  Happy to hear that you're healing.  Keep strong!

The doc said Dec but i think nov but i will take his advice but iam in the the best shape ever my fitness was in question but now since ive been out i love my six pack  my stamina my core my legs the new me will be awsome and i will be pain free so look out.
