I think it was funny how you moved your whole body instead of just aiming a little more to the right.
Ok, my Theory on why I moved rather than aim. Aiming requires vision and visual processing. Example is a cartoon I posted years ago on my Coaching Group. here is the PIc BelowSo Understanding on how I hit the ball is the key. the required depth and angle to aim the Ball into something you need to see it to control depth and angle. so i can only toss the ball into one spot knowing without looking that I will hit it cleanly. so if i hit it the same way every time I can control depth alone from the impact of the ball. But making adjustments the the racquet head or ball toss is to hard for me without looking so i kept it simple. But as you see the advice I received wasn't the greatest.
