I do this and even though I'm not a hard hitter I'm able to serve a fair number of aces

i saw many college players do this and now i finally know!!! This will be such a good weapon since you could mix it up as your first serve and throw them off a lil.

Watching this video, and applying it, my kick serves kick a lot more and throws my opponent off. It's always funny to see them frantically change groundstrokes and me getting the point.
