No, I'm not in LA - I'm jealous - still playing indoors! Reading your profile... congrats on your engagement! (May I recommend a Great Friends Greetings card as a nice little gift for your fiance??) Thanks for friending. Talk to you soon.
Hi Vanna, I used to live in CA ... moved here last year. Played some Tennis but haven't been able to recently. Its been cold and wet. Looking forward for spring/summer.
I have joined the group recently , I used to play tennis and want to get back to play tennis, recently I played and I guess I'm a Solid 2.5 / a regular 3.0 kinda rusty on the serve side but we can rally.
I'm in Century City/ Rancho Park , but it will be ok for me to play somewhere in the west side. If you are still in Culver city it could be ok .
I can play on the weekends or around 7pm during the weekdays.
pls email me if that sounds good to you.

Nice to hear from you. Do you ever visit Palm Desert? Dan and I do play in LA sometimes and we are planning to move and live in LA full time in the near future. You have someone in mind so that we all can play doubles? We will be in LA twice next week, so let's see if we can work something out.
Vanna: I'm on this board to find peeps who want to play in the CC/SM/West side area. I'm not great, and for the most part, I'm happy just volleying and running around and playing and getting some exercise. I've got a bit of skill, but I'm pretty much a beginner. Can hit back, but my serves aren't so good.
If you're interested in playing sometime, drop me a line. Some days after work are cool (I'm off around 6) and weekends. Let me know.
Peace.
-Doug
Hi Vanna! It's great to have you here!
I see you already joined a Group – fantastic - introduce yourself in there to meet people for matches.
Please Invite your buddies. We’re trying to reach 20,000 members by Wimbledon.
If you need any help, let me know.

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis website which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.
If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Join the group in your area and introduce yourself in there. Some groups have regular meeting times and some are more one-on-one and flexible. If there’s no group in your area yet, start a group page for your town and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Tennisopolis is also a great place to network with people all across the country and talk about this game we love.
Other places to explore: come talk tennis in the forum, add your own photos, post your own blog entries.
