Looking to play with a beginner or intermidiate level. Non-competitive and just looking to practice techniques I've learned through private lessons. Can meet anywhere in the Livermore and Pleasanton areas during the day or evenings (except Tues & Thurs. evenings).

Sounds like we're in similiar situations. I just started playing again about 2 months ago after a 20 year break.
I can play Monday's at Robert Livermore Park anytime after 6:00 - if you are still looking please let me know.
