My daily tennis revue - July 22, 2011

I seem to be spending way to much time researching and studying the tennis industry these days so why not share some tidbits and brief notes here.  It looks like Venus Williams is the proud owner of 5 or so Jamba Juice Franchises and will be promoting the brand as well... they do make the best smoothies, the kids love em! 

A new racket brand -'bolt' is entering the market, apparently the racket has a suspension system that keeps the strings off the frame and therefore vibration is reduced and power increased.  It will be available for August 2011 purchase and demo.

Andre Agassi and spouse are promoting the ten and under tennis program which is great, we need more top 50 tennis players, and more than 6 or 7 % representation at the US OPEN.

Ashway has introduced a new tennis string called Dynamite 16 tough.  I am not a huge promoter of Ashway but thought I would mention it here.
