In addition to the Wii fit, I'm guessing you do a lot of off-court training. If so, what other exercises and workouts do you do?

Today i had to dry the courts so i can get out there and play it was a good day did wii fit with my mom an practiced the wii was pretty tough lol i have to go to practice again at 5 but i cant wait til tomorrow's.. :)

Finally back home from Arizona it was raining out here so i went to Golfsmiths indoor court and hit i still had a good workout it was intense hopefully its good weather tomorrow though i miss california's outside and i cant wait to get back and train full time in Arizona.

Practice was intense today i vomitted but i gave it my all and overall it was good practice he said i was good and a fast learner so he had me play a match to see me do what i learned. He made me play one of his top male students and i was down 5-2 and i ended up tieing it up to 6-6 before he made us stop and he was very happy that i didnt give up but i cant wait til i get even better now thats going to be exciting....

Its my second day in Scottsdale,Arizona yesterday was kinda bumpy but today i think i really shined and its actually fun i never got this kind of training where i am. The coach said if keep working hard like this no girls in 18's can beat me and i should be top 20 juniors in the world in 6 months.

I think my hard work is finally paying off because one of top coaches out there Rafael Font de Mora wants me to come and play with him at his academy for a few days and possibly stay out there.

Dont get me wrong I dont mind being compared to Venus the media should realize I have her structure and look a little like her in face but... I am my own person and i will conitnue to be my own person.

Yesterday was an adventure back in to time my coach had me hitting with a old school wooden racket it was literally a blast from the past get It blast from the past like I was blasting the ball with a racket from the past ,it was heavy now I know why Mac and some of the older players where always mad and why they served and volley Because you couldn't swing that peace of lumber all day and if you had a one hand er your racket was a prosthetic it must have been attached to your arm, a wood chuck couldnt chuck that wood wow but I am glad I am in the now. but one day raket will be made from beams of light from froma rod in your hand and the kids would be talking about my 03 speed port black mp

The Sun is Coming out and it looks like i will be practicing again bout time. Don't get me wrong I was in the gym I was staying busy and I began reading Andre Agassi book (OPEN) Thanks to Tennisopolis member Mike Dong thanks Mike for the book.
