how interesting!! amazing how the internet can help us piece history together :)  Nice to meet you Diann!  How is your tennis game these days?  Did reading the book help?

Yep, met him in Sherman Oaks...hmmmm...probably 1985.  He was writing the Inner Game of Music at the time.  He was a very slight guy, small, too.  He taught English at a university before his writing became well known.  Very nice.  Shy.  Was with a beautiful woman.  There were 4 of us at my friend's house.  I had just started playing tennis, so it was very exciting.

I believe I have Inner Tennis, Playing the Game sitting on my shelf.  I have read a few chapters, but after my loss in the final of my club championship this weekend, I feel I need a re-read.  :P  Who knows, maybe I have an original copy worth 100 bucks!?    I'll have to look into that.
