mike - I've just checked the list, you were sent one when entries opened last Monday - maybe it fell foul of a spam filter or something, though I don't see why it should have.

Steven, sorry to hear that it is more complicated than that. I hope it works out for you guys. How likely is that that you will get your domain name back? I had a friend who had hers swiped and I've always worried about losing one of mine since I have more than a handful of 'em.

no i guess i'm not on the list....oh well. yeah i saw their domain name info changed on the 16th. figured SOME craziness was taking place...

It's a bit more complicated than that and the site owner is working on sorting it out. Anyone following botb1 on twitter or who asked to be on the mailing list should have found out about the temporary link - http://www.freewebs.com/britishtennis/competitions.html

Didn't you get an email from them? I did. It said that they are having "problems" with their domain name and pointed me to a temporary url that they are running the site from at the moment. My first thought was that someone swiped their domain when they let it lapse.
