Marat Safin was spotted in Moscow with his new girlfriend Nastya Osipova, a Russian pop singer.
She is 24 and according to Russian press they have known each other for just under a year.

If by temper you mean controlling himself from choking her it is definitely not working. Marat definitiely needs those anger management classes or this girl won't make it another year. =)
