Looks like. I am recovered from my back problem although I still do many core workouts to keep extra fit. Playing again with no pain. Life is good again. I could not imagine never hitting a tennis ball again. I do prefer clay though as it is less demanding on your back and body overall. Or is it? Since the points last longer, less winners you are hitting more balls. So, you start getting tennis elbow or tendinitis there.Ugghhh. Just keep lifting some weights and exercise to keep playing. Also, congratulations to Rafael Nadal for returning to a masters event and winning it all (BNP Paribas 2013). Looks like Novak is on a slide, He, nor anyone else including Roger, could keep the pace of losing 5 or less matches a year. Upsets are bound to happen. Nole had a ridiculous 2011, 2012 became a reality, and 2013, some guys have caught up and he has not as much interest.
Viva le clay court season !!
