I am a 4.5 singles player, played on Cuesta College Tennis Team in the late 70s, recently retired from State Service. Am a member of the Surfside Tennis Club in the A- womens doubles league. I am looking to find new hard hitting singles players in San Luis Obispo County, male or female. I love tennis and want to continue to improve my game and help others improve their game.

Favorite pro tennis player(s):

Kim Cliisters is my favorite female player, with Maria Sharapova and Victoria Azarenka close behind.
Roger Federer is my most favorite male player, with Rafa Nadal and Jo-Willy Tsonga close behind

Pretty damn good, NTRP 4.5, If tennis is on TV - I am watching

On the court, I am a:

rightie, whaler, doubles partner, singles player, serve-n-volleyer, one-hander, top-spinner, lobber, baseliner, gracious winner, gracious loser, tournament goer

My favorite local courts:

Avila Bay Club has the best courts in SLO County, but I am not a member there. Sinsheimer Park is also decent, but I normally play at Morro Bay High School or Los Osos library courts (worst courts in the area in my opinion), Cayucos courts need resurfacing but are close to my home. Cuesta College courts are also decent and not too far away.
