Hey Ramon. This is the best weather forecast page I know of for tennis: http://goo.gl/uzjl6
Note the 45°F temperature forecast for 3pm tomorrow is 10°F less than for today. That is not so bad for me - my outdoor low temp record is 33°F with no wind. But I still worry about the wind for tomorrow.
Since 3pm wind today and tomorrow are similar (20mph) I suggest you check the wind around 3pm today for a feel of it and let me know.
The tennis weather summary: MON Possible little rain and wind gusts. TUE, WED nice but with wind gusts. THU, FRI looks fine (for now).
Since you are putting more miles to get there, please choose what day is the best for you. Earlier afternoons are usually better than mornings for me. I'll bring new balls.
Sorry I missed your message you sent earlier - I just got back from Cunningham Park (CP) where I went earlier today. I hit mostly there since I live close to the intersection of Main Street and Union Turnpike (South Flushing) and, after I lost my car recently, I need to use public transportation.
By the way, CP has 5 brand new outdoor courts but the other 5 are closed for repairs so they tend to be overcrowded after 9am on the weekends. I seldom hit at USTA and less often than in Queens College. Maybe eventually we could also hit at St.John's University - they are not enforcing permits.
I am not sure about weather for tomorrow. I will text my phone number to the number you listed so maybe we can eventually coordinate a try out. Since I am self employed I am also available on various weekdays but strongly prefer scheduling 1 day in advance.

Hey. I posted a comment earlier and I see it disappeared so I'm reposting it.
I went to Cunningham Park earlier today. The wind was OK but later got much stronger so I left earlier than I planned.
I strongly suggest we cancel this Tuesday because the same strong wind, not to mention 10°F cooler. Thursday looks good.
