Hi,
We're running a fun Aussie 09 Bracket Challenge for tennis fans. Make your predictions and follow along. This is the link. Please share this link with any of your friends on Tennisopolis and beyond.
Hey David, thanks for your note -- I'm actually in Dallas for about 80% of the time, but I do come back to New York every month or two. I actually played at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club when I was growing up. Anyway, I'll let you know next time I'm heading up to NYC, and perhaps we can hit some tennis one of these days.
Have you been out yet to hit this year. I am just making it back now, so I'd be interested to hit sometime when we're both free. Please let me know you're availability.
i'm in nyc frequently (2 visits a month) and am always hunting for hitting partners. typically, i play at prospect park and fort greene in brooklyn; and east river and columbia in manhattan. but i've played at stadium in the bronx, national tennis center in queens and virtually every public court in manhattan. i'm available during the day and evening.
happy hitting,
lee
Hey David -
This is Michael from NYC. I am heading down to Fort Lauderdale next week for a week and I am looking for someone to hit with. I am a good consistent player. Around 4.0. Traditional game. Prefer singles but will play doubles. Like to hit for 1 1/2 hours usually. Are you in Fort Lauderdale next week? Would you be looking to play? If not, do you know anyone who might be? I know the area but don't know much about the tennis down there. Let me know.
Hi David. I'm letting all the NY members know that we now have a Manhattan NYC page, join that and introduce yourself in there to meet people in your area.
:-)

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis social network which puts the focus on the members.
To get started, pleaseupload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
The Forum is really the hub of the online community. It’s is a fantastic place to get tips for your game, chat about the latest gear, and especially, talk about the pros.
Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.
…and just hang out and meet great people.
Welcome aboard,
Mark
